Being on a fixed income, it’s nice that I pay a fee and $400 when I file a claim whatever the problem is, it’s either fixed or the item was replaced at no extra charge. If I wanted something better than a comparable item, I just pay the difference which is what happened when we had to get a new dishwasher. Which I thought was a good deal.

Overall great coverage and easy to work with Only downfall is that their prices keep going up, sometimes I was not aware and they do not give any discounts or lower prices; even if you are a long term customer.
