How fast everything has gone. From first contact
This time the service was good. The contractor contacted me as promised and promptly scheduled a service time. The problem was corrected. This is an improvement as the two times previous the service was awful, contractors never contracted me and I ultimately found another solution. If this had not been corrected, I would have stopped using AHS. Hopefully, the previous problems have been completely corrected and my most recent service is now representative. Price continually going up. Price has nearly doubled since inception.
Prompt time in fixing appliances. Workers were very clean and neat and polite. All parties were very clear on their phone calls. I was very pleased.
