AHS has upped their services and response time . I still struggle with understanding the agents if I call in because they are obviously located outside the US. They have recently added a question about understanding to their service feedback form. Right now all the vendors they use in our area are fairly good. It sometimes is the "luck of the draw" with who you get to do the service. As many people who purchase a home whether it is old or new there will be problems.
