I was told by my account manager that the first payment would be a half payment the whole payment was taken out of my account which makes it negative now I hope I'm not being scammed
They have not accomplished anything yet. I'm still getting billed by the people who are supposed to be being paid off. My situation is now worse than it was. My checking account is now hopelessly overdrawn. Not happy.
The 1st representative Adrian H was not clear on many of the procedures that I had to take care for example the stop payment that I had to pay out of pocket and the letters to each company this was NOT hassle free and very frustrating and for the representative to suddenly leave and for me to not get a call to confirm if I had completed all paper.. I'm just NOT HAPPY WITH AMERICOR.
This cost me more than the debt I had ! Nobody said fees for each account settled , now my credit is ruined and I owe more
Told me my debts were resolved when they were not actually resolved. I had to find out my contacting the creditor directly after I'd paid Americor in full. Americor representatives are not helpful.
Settlements have taken much longer than implied, this not only dropped my credit score but also have had credit limits on cards dropped by hundreds of dollars, this is upsetting because we had been working very hard to raise our scores up over the last several years. Would not recommend anyone do this.

They don't call you back. They are supposed to help with all my debt and I have not seen anything yet
They dont keep you fully up to date. I dont know who they have paid or what has happened an its been a year already.
