They lie about when you will be out of debt.
Doesn’t work with you when you’re low on funds. I tried to work with Americor when I lost my job and was behind on my mortgage. When I asked them about lowering my payment they said no this is the amount we have to have every two weeks. So for three months my credit was ruined and I have had better luck just working directly with the creditor my self.
Seriously, I got duped! After I was approved for line of credit, you still charge me for the same monthly fee for settlement!
No proper feedback. I have been receiving calls from creditors regarding payments & I have tried to get feedback from americor as what to tell creditors with no feedback from americor
I ended up paying more than I originally owed. Horrible experience!
I was supposed to be offered credit 9 after a year and wasn't. I think k it would have helped. I feel like my debt got bigger since I wasn't paying on any of them
It's really nerve ending with all the calls, letters, and emails. They say the talk to the creditors. Isn't it actually harassment, the creditors continuously trying to contact me all the time if they know legally they have to go through the debt consolidator??
Everything started out great, I believe her name was Jessica, which she was friendly and knowledgeable, when came time to do our onboarding, we received messages to call so they could complete the onboarding process,after calling several times, my wife and I both have't received any calls back, my wife even sent emails.
Pertinent information about my accounts was not shared in order for me to make the right decision,
