I talked to Alex P on Nov 9. He promised to touch bases with me on Nnov 11. I have yet to hear from him. I called caz I needed help and he promised me help. He did tell me I had to keep calling him and to this day have not talked to him till I initiated the call on Nov 9
1- cannot readily see my balance 2- no one gives you a direct answer 3- the way they calculate The amount you owe versus whatyou have in your acc ount does not make sence.
Agents can be very pushy and rude if you are unable to speak to them when they call during work hours.
When I signed up and set up my automatic payment for a certain day it was taken out 3 days prior which caused my account over drawn. When I called in the associate was not professional and the follow up email from her had many missed spelled words! Unprofessional email.
I have not gotten a response on numerous occasions after uploading information. It is annoying that people say they'll call me back and they don't.
Haven't received any offers that would saved me money and when i declined an offer i was basically told i was being stupid even though the offer was an offer i received before starting the program
They told me as soon as they receive my payment they would contact my debts but they didn't do that.
I have been in the program for 2 weeks barely and I am having creditors call me at work, I reported this to americor , someone was supposed to contact me to assess. still waiting on the call.
Not really sure how they are handling my account. No real communication from them.
