My Golden Retriever is 16 years old and doing great. In the past I took her to a regular vet and over time the price tag was unsustainable. A month ago I found a growth on her lower eye lid. I cannot express enough gratitude for the service I received today. My kitten Salem started developing some sort of eye infection, I think conjunctivitis, so I scheduled an appointment and they were able to see me the next day. My kitten is already doing so much better after his first eye drop treatment that I gave him. For the second time in 4 months ACH saved the day. They are officially my new Vet. Chloe has had two recent incidents that required immediate attention and both times my former Vet couldn't see her for days...well THAT doesn't work when an animal has an emergency. Dr. Nakamura and her entire staff were wonderful when our puppy, Archie, was very sick. They took such good care of Archie and they all love animals so much, it is obvious. They are all very knowledgeable and they work well as a team. They allowed me to stay the entire day with my dog and they offered me coffee, tea, water, a blanket, etc. Even the front desk staff was involved and made our visit so nice and checked on us several times. I highly Recommend Animal Care Hospital in Walnut Creek.

After going to all bay animal hospital in concord and realizing how horrible they are I decided it was time for me to find a new vet for my little guy. I have a 9 month old German Shepherd and he woke up limping on his right front leg this past Monday. I gave it a couple days to see if it would go away and it didn't. I didn't have a regular vet anymore for my 12 year old dog Mini because I kept being disappointed with the care places were lacking in giving her. I found this vet on Yelp and called to get her in, they were able to get her in same day and did dental extractions on her that she really needed. Everyone was so sweet to her and made me feel at ease. Mini is still recovering but seems to be doing really well and I'm excited to have a regular vet again! My dog had been suffering from a terrible ear infection and unfortunately his regular vet is all booked up until next year. We went over to a nearby emergency pet clinic and was denied because it wasn't considered an emergency.
