I seriously love this palace. The staff that check me in always love on my little pug Francis. And my dog absolutely loves it here. The vets are always quick and knowledgeable to any questions we have. I don't understand the bad reviews. This is a blessing!!! I love it here. I love all the staff. I recommend this everyone that is a dog lover!
Dr. Miller just diagnosed my 4 yr old Yorkie with Pyometra. They were able to perform emergency surgery on her today (Sat) when any other vet would have probably waited. There's a great risk she may not have made it until Monday. I am extremely thankful for the wonderful care, and quick diagnosis from this experienced group of vets. They carry with them an enormous amount of knowledge, and are always wiling to go that extra mile (on a Sat) to ensure the care of my pets. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I took my mom's newly adopted Chihuahua to get neutered earlier this year and he was feisty, to say the least, but they handled him very well and procedure cost about 1/4 the price of every other vet office that I called. No issues after procedure. Yeah, the mature woman at the front desk could have been nicer (big deal!) that will not deter me from coming back! I appreciate this place for not ripping people off by guilt-tripping you in to some unnecessary procedure or medication for your pet!
We're been taking our dogs and cats to this vet since we moved to Farmer's Branch and we love it. Checkup/shots/spay/neuter and all; the only thing I have done elsewhere is Microchipping. They do chips here, but not the same brand my older cats have. So I've take both dogs to Banfield (begrudgingly) just to get chips that I can update in the same HomeAgain database. Just got back from taking my dog Ava here. I have been taking her here since she was 7 weeks old. I know the place isn't the nicest and the women at the front desk could be friendlier but I have never had s problem there. Today was very pleasant. We met with Dr. Miller and he was super sweet to me and my Ava. The prices are great. We got checked and medicine and the bill was only $37.
They are great Vets always there to help you. They explain everything to you. We have been using them for quite sometime and never had any problems with them. The staff is also wonderful. Recommend them to anyone that has a pet.
I have been using this clinic for 11 years now. The staff has always been very friendly to me and all my animals and you cannot beat the cost. We adopted a little dog only to find out she had distemper. The staff was wonderful in helping us try everything to save this poor little pup. In the end, she kept getting worse. They were so kind and caring when we had to put her down. I also have 3 cats ...one is a sphynx with a lot of personality. They always get excited to deal with him.
Took my kitty in a couple days ago, because of a UTI. He was presenting blood in his urine. Dr. Murray gave him an antibiotic shot, and his urine is already clear again (Amber) as of last night.
I am so happy and grateful to find the Animal Clinic of Framers Branch. I am low on funds at the moment and one of my cats got sick. They were able to take a look and treat him with a couple of shots and I was out the door under $100.00 ( which was my budget) I know for a fact that this service would cost $150.00 at a high end vet if not more.
