If possible I highly recommend requesting Dr. Johnson as the vet and Heidi as the vet tech. They are both just wonderful people and are so great with my pets. You can just see how they bond immediately. I also urge you to ask for alternatives if a certain medication for your pet is too pricey.Â
I have been bringing my dog here since I got him 11 years ago. He has seizures, and they have been great in sending his prescription to each new pharmacy (I was hunting for lower costs). They now allow online booking of appointments, and it's so much easier. Their new location has more room for waiting patients, parking, and private rooms. I was recommended this place by a friend and I'm so glad she did. I took my cat for irregular eating habits and they sent me home with food that would help that day and I was able to come back for a check up. Today I came in for my dog because of her dew claw being split. I went to a banfield a few days ago and it's a night and day difference. All staff are friendly here and the doctor we saw made me feel so comfortable about my dogs injury and didn't try and talk me into anything unnecessary, unlike banfield who wanted to ... read more
The best vet I have found in Dallas when it comes to prices and care. Dr Denise is great. The staff at the front desk is also very kind and went out of their way to make my dog comfortable there. I had to wait three days to get in but there is a reason this place stays booked.Â
some of the reviews on here really scared me, but i came here after my partner's recommendation. my dog had a tumor on his eyelid that needed to be removed. he had to go under for surgery to have it removed 2 weeks ago. other than a small healing spot on his eyelid he is basically good as new now. the procedure was affordable. our first visit with dr. denise was fantastic. Dr Denise is simply fantastic and patient, especially when it comes to dealing with my neurotic 90 lb. So much so that I followed her from my previous clinic where she was at temporarily. It's been very difficult for me to find a vet who listens to me in regards to my dog's anxiety (particularly when it comes to trips to the vet) and Dr Denise has always reinforced that I know my pet best and what works and doesn't work for the sake of his comfort. The clinic staff are SO helpful and responsive! I called the day before and was able to get in first thing in the morning! The staff is managing through this pandemic as best they can and the vet actually calls you to discuss your pet! They have touch-less payment process and the prices are well below any other vet in the metroplex! Frankie and Scarlet will be back!Â
We love Dr. Murray! He came highly recommended by numerous ferret owners and a ferret rescue. This speaks volumes of his work and his character. He's philanthropic and an expert vet. THANK YOU!! I have been using Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch for over 15 years. Over that time period we have brought 6 family dogs who have lived or are living long good lives. This is a no frills place and that is what I love. Today Dr. Kahn gave my Cavapoo Baxter top of the line treatment. He has been struggling with allergies/skin issues and many treatments.
