Needed to make a warranty claim on a shower purchased some ten years ago. Unfortunately I was not able to find the receipt. David from Customer Service went above and beyond to address the claim. He was courteous and helpful, both on the phone as well as in his emails. I was extremely pleased with his attitude and the service received.

We have had a beautiful 5-pendent light that we have enjoyed for 3 years. But recently it started to go on-and-off on its own. All we needed to do was contact Artika for help. They notified us that the light has a 5-year warranty. All we needed to do was send a quick email with proof of purchase, a short video, and answer a few simple questions. Now our new light is on the way, and we are looking forward to having that light again! Our many thanks to David!
