With 24 hours I was referred to contact Hanna thru their support email. I related all the information details as well as photos of the defective light sections on each panel. Hanna requested additional details and informed me that she was already preparing a replacement shipment to be released upon receiving the requested info. Recommendedreceived an Artika led Groove ceiling fan from Home Depot seeds program and I love it small and light enough for my daughters bedroom and very powerful for it's size. love the fact that it comes with a remote control for ease of use overall very satisfied with the Artika brand definitely a quality product would recommend to anyone who needs a lightweight ceiling fan with dimmable led lights
