RecommendedCustomer service is wonderful. We had a problem with a panel and they responded quickly and addressed our issue within days. Currently have the Austin ceiling fan, the Edwin ceiling fan and now, a wall completed with their Sonolok panels. Would not hesitate to purchase from Artika knowing how they stand behind their products.
RecommendedCustomer service was excellent! I emailed the company to inquire about purchase of a spare remote control for a ceiling fan. They provided the information promptly and the price was very reasonable! Great instructions on how to finalize the purchase. Highly recommend this company. Update: I had to make a second call to pay for the spare remote control as my first call was late in the day, just 2 minutes from closing time.
