I had a warranty issue with a new chandelier and was able to get immediate assistance via Artika's chat line. High quality products and a nice company to deal with.
The on line chat was prompt. We were looking for a pendant LED integrated light to hang form a slanted ceiling. A number on single pedant lights were recommended during the online chat but not what we were looking for. Apparently the 3 wire pendant lights are not suitable for a slanted ceiling. Not sure why? Anyway the Artika rep on line was excellent and would use again.
Website chat help was a real person that easily answered my question and sent me a direct link to the item I needed. Plus international shipping was free.
