RecommendedMy 5 pendent essence lights started intermittently turning off and flickering. There is a 5 year warranty on this light and Artika is replacing the whole thing. I am very happy that there is a company out there that still stands behind there products and does not hassle you for warrenty claims. I did have to provide them proof of purchase receipt and photos and video of the issue. But once they got that with in one day my new replacement is being ordered and will be shipped soon.

RecommendedI had some trouble with two of my bubble light light fixtures and from reading feedback online, folk shared they were disappointed since when the LEDs burn out the entire fixture would have to be replaced.
