The Customer Services team assisted in my warranty claim. Especially Mark was very understanding with my claim which resulted in a quick positive outcome.
My 5 pendent essence lights started intermittently turning off and flickering. There is a 5 year warranty on this light and Artika is replacing the whole thing. I am very happy that there is a company out there that still stands behind there products and does not hassle you for warrenty claims. I did have to provide them proof of purchase receipt and photos and video of the issue. But once they got that with in one day my new replacement is being ordered and will be shipped soon.

I had some trouble with two of my bubble light light fixtures and from reading feedback online, folk shared they were disappointed since when the LEDs burn out the entire fixture would have to be replaced. Customer service is wonderful. We had a problem with a panel and they responded quickly and addressed our issue within days. Currently have the Austin ceiling fan, the Edwin ceiling fan and now, a wall completed with their Sonolok panels.
