It was easy and quick to reach customer service and have a representative call me back within an hour with answers to technical questions I had. He arranged to have a .replacement light fixture sent out the same day.

I originally submitted my warranty request on the Artika website. After a month passed without getting a reply, I called Artika. David took my call, checked to see if my claim was on file and when he determined it wasn't, he gave me an email address where I could submit my information. He also suggested I put his name in the Subject line. His email responses were well written, courteous and clear.
