I had purchased a light from Costco, that was no longer in stock and had stopped working. Costco would provide a full refund but I reached out to Arika to see if they would replace or repair as I loved the light. Within 2 days I was told they would replace and have processed the order (David Ariza) !!! I am so happy. I spoke online as well with Jorge and he also assured me that someone was looking at my case and then he said they are going to replace! thank you so much!!!!
