I had a warrantee issue that was quickly and professionally handled by David Ariza. I was having trouble getting the warrantee webpage to function when the chat box appeared. David told me what was needed and how to contact him directly. It flowed flawlessly from that point forward. Unbelievable quick response time across the board. Thank you very much.

I notified Artika customer service about an issue I had with one of their products and within 36 hrs they responded with an email to notify me that a replacement was being sent out to replace the faulty light.

We bought 2 exterior lamps AMP74 for our garage which we placed above the garage area. The color is black which looks beautiful against white siding. This particular lamp is round cilinder like shape with 3 lights coming from up/ down and the middle part of lamp.The lamp was made from still and glass looking very sturdy .Instruction very detailed and clear.
