RecommendedCustomer service was great each time I called. The problem with my lights was taken care of in a very timely manner. They also used email to explain what was happening including the shipping methods. Good service.

RecommendedI had pendant lights above the kitchen island in a house I purchased. Unfortunately, during cleaning a glass cylinder surrounding the pendant broke. There was no information left on where it was purchased...but was eventually led to Artika. The customer service representative was extremely kind and helpful on finding replacement cylinders. The service was prompt and the items were shipped the same day. All arrived without damage and the lights look beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for lighting fixtures.
