On the right is a fixture purchased about 8 months ago and the left a week ago. As you can see the right has much longer wires than the newer unit. This makes it much harder to wire on the ceiling. How much money per unit is saved by shorting the two wires? I’m sure that savings over the millions of units is substantial. But as an electrician I have to add two 14 gauge wires to make the connections. Or I need a second person to install one unit. One to hold the fixture close to the ceiling box and the other to wire it. I w... read more

Hello, thank you for your feedback however, your photo did not load so we do not know which item you are referring to. All our lights are designed for easy installation and all the parts needed for installation are included so unless they are being installed in a way that they were not designed to be installed, no extra wires should be needed. However, we do not know which item you are talking about so it is hard to comment completely on the issue.
Called re: problem with current Artika light system . The rep I spoke with was excellent!! She is solving my problem quickly by sending me a new light system under a warranty replacement. She was very helpful solving my issue. Thank you very much.

J’ai acheté en 2019 chez Costco un panneau à Del. De la Cie Artika, Garantie 5 ans, Le panneau à arrêté de fonctionner subitement, j’ai écrit au service après vente, la journée même j’ai reçu une réponse, J’ai pu expliquer mon problème et la personne préposée m’a demandé de faire des vérifications et de prendre des photos du # gradateur et du câblage, Tout à été expédié le lendemain, Je dois rendre un grand merci pour le professionnalisme et le respect dans la façon de s’occuper de mon problème, C’est 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 pour moi

Artika est une excellente compagnie avec des matériaux de qualité et un prix abordable, nous avons éclairé quelques 12 logements avec vos produits et nous sommes enchantés de la qualité nous avons malheureusement eu deux plafonniers qui ont fait défaut sur 70 plafonniers et nous avons eu un service hors-pair compagnie… et rapidement en plus …merci.
