David was very calm and helpful as I tried to explain what happened and the replacement part that I needed. He told me where to look on the box and took the relevant information from me. He said he will send me an email within a half hour so he can open a case.and he did. About a week later I got a note confirming the case was opened and the request is being processed. I figure that was pretty good service seeing that it was month-end and around a long weekend.

My previous attempt to resolve a warranty issue had gone nowhere -- I couldn't get a response after multiple attempts. However, when I chatted on-line with David, he took ownership of the problem and got the issue handled within minutes. My replacement fixture was ordered from the warehouse within an hour of my call. Thanks for the great service, David!

It took some time to get someone on the phone but once I got someone the service was satisfactory. I had to email the request. David responses were timely. It was not a big issue but I appreciate you taking care of this request and that I didn’t have to return the product to Home Depot.

David was very quick to come to a resolution for my problem regarding a incorrectly sized globe that was sent over.

David went above and beyond. I contacted customer service as I had a light fixture forming bubbles or defect with the coating on metal. He took the time to check the system and let me that I had 2 other fixtures in the system and that it was bought elsewhere. He says he needed the invoice to check the warranty. He was right at Home Depot in November 2022. So I emailed him the invoice and he arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Very satisfied!!
