RecommendedThe on line chat was prompt. We were looking for a pendant LED integrated light to hang form a slanted ceiling. A number on single pedant lights were recommended during the online chat but not what we were looking for. Apparently the 3 wire pendant lights are not suitable for a slanted ceiling. Not sure why? Anyway the Artika rep on line was excellent and would use again.

RecommendedI like Artika's design, and quality, but love their customer service even more. I had received a faulty Optical Pendant light but with just one email request, they quickly sent a replacement set. Really amazing customer service.
