RecommendedI like Artika's design, and quality, but love their customer service even more. I had received a faulty Optical Pendant light but with just one email request, they quickly sent a replacement set. Really amazing customer service.

RecommendedMy experience was excellent. I inquired about if a replacement led or circuit board was available and to my surprise they contacted me asking for my address to and contact information. I am assuming that a replacement is being sent. I was contacted two days after emailing my inquiry. On a weekend yet. Well done.

RecommendedHalf of my house now has Artika lighting I just love the designs and how bright the lights are you can even adjust the lighting to your liking but what I like even more is the customer service I have received.
