From Home Depot I bought a pair of beautiful outside lights for my garage. Unfortunately, one began to blister (indication of possible rust forming under the stainless steel coating) after several months. This is the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 star rating. I contacted their Customer Service and they immediately shipped out a replacement after I sent them a photo of the problem. So far a great company to work with.

We had an LED skylight go out within its warranty period. I contacted Tiffany on their website chat and she facilitated a replacement unit within minutes! Excellent customer service!!

I worked with Hanna Shade, customer support person for Artika, regarding my light issues and I was so surprised how easy and very prompt she handled my case. I will not hesitate purchasing my lightings with Artika as sthey stand with warranty. I got all different types of Artika from my house and daughters condo. Thank you.
