Artika lighting products are both functional and stylish. I have purchased a total of 6 of their fixtures for two of my homes and I always receive compliments from all my friends and family. As for customer issues they are the best. They respond within hours to any question I have had and the one time I had a product failure they quickly replaced the entire fixture within 10 days.

I call Artika when my under the counter lights were not working properly. They were so good ask me a few questions and said they would send replacements. Great company no haziles would totally recommend this company.

On the right is a fixture purchased about 8 months ago and the left a week ago. As you can see the right has much longer wires than the newer unit. This makes it much harder to wire on the ceiling. How much money per unit is saved by shorting the two wires? I’m sure that savings over the millions of units is substantial. But as an electrician I have to add two 14 gauge wires to make the connections. Or I need a second person to install one unit. One to hold the fixture close to the ceiling box and the other to wire it. I w... read more

Hello, thank you for your feedback however, your photo did not load so we do not know which item you are referring to. All our lights are designed for easy installation and all the parts needed for installation are included so unless they are being installed in a way that they were not designed to be installed, no extra wires should be needed. However, we do not know which item you are talking about so it is hard to comment completely on the issue.
Called re: problem with current Artika light system . The rep I spoke with was excellent!! She is solving my problem quickly by sending me a new light system under a warranty replacement. She was very helpful solving my issue. Thank you very much.
