I had to call ARW twice and both times someone called and set a time to be here! Each time the repairmen fixed the problem, and made sure we were happy with the service. I trust ARW to be there if something goes wrong.

So far Everyone of my service calls have been handled with care and Fast Service. I have only had to call back one time and that was when a A/C repair company from out of my County did not show up or answer my phone calls. But I was able to get my Local A/C repair Company to come out and fix things that day, and American Residential Warranty's people took care of everything. AAA++++

Good service. Would be perfect if service could be provided within 24 hours. It takes 2-3 days before issues are addressed. With heating and cooling most problems are urgent.
I just wanted to say, My air conditioner wasn't cooling so I called ARW on a Friday evening and No one answered. So I called on of our local companies and they came the next day and got me up and running. So Monday I called ARW and explained the situation and that I wanted to be reimbursed for having to pay out of pocket, I uploaded all documents to the email address that I was told to do!!
