***** called to let me know my payments weren't going through (due to new debit card). She was so sunny and pleasant to talk to. She was complimenting my name and really brightened my morning. I needed to update my billing and they emailed, so I updated my payment information via the link to their website. Then they called to confirm they were good to process the payment. Since I had a lot of things to deal with during closing and moving, I asked if they could send me information directly regarding my coverages and I received it before I got off the phone.
