Worst company ever to work with. I honestly don't know how they have any customers. Turned in a Dryer and they said a tech ran a diagnostic on it and said that it was going to be over the amount it was worth. The tech never called or came out so I have no clue how they were able to figure out that it was totaled. My plan covered me with up to $300 with $125 copay. They said that I needed to cover the diagnostic so they would buy the dryer and pay me $130. So their payout covered my deductible basically. What a sham.
I marked one star because you dont have an option for zero. This company is a scam. I paid for a year and a half my monthly premium on time automatic withdrawal. The first time I tried to call and file a claim on my electrical in my house I was told yes we cover wiring we cover your electrical. We do not cover shorts. I called about my stove that charged me a service fee scheduled Repair Pros to make the repairs. Had an appointment for yesterday 2-4 no one showed up. Called this morning to both ARW and Repair Pros and was told someone would be here today 2-4 pm at 4:06pm the manager **** called to tell me that he is going to order the part and schedule for someone to come out when it arrives. You have got to be kidding me two days wasted and they dont care! Both are the absolute worst companies to deal with hands down!!!!!!
80 bucks a month, only for 1 claim to ever be partially honored after 6 years. Every time, its some sort of loophole. The customer service is abysmal at best. You have to go through an act of congress to cancel the service. Ive had to issue a stop payment with my bank twice, in order to keep me from being charged. When you call to cancel, enjoy being on hold for hours due to difficulties, but call back and you can get right through to the claims department. I give ********** to this company, but it would not allow that! They did NOTHING but give us the round around. I literally had to call them 27 times, and our AC was out for 8 DAYS!!! They then denied the claim blaming it on maintenance when we had a leak. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! All my **************** left them too for poor service. The deny all claims, charge extra to just open a claim. This company is obviously a scam. They transfer you multiple times to frustrate the customer. Depending on who answers the phone, some people will tell you the claim is covered but eventually you will get an email stating it was denied. Thank you for reaching out.
