I’m very pleased with the repair man that came to fix my oven. He was very prompt and he did a good job. He let me clean behind my oven while he had the stove out and I appreciated that because it was very dirty back there. He explained everything as he was fixing it and told me what was wrong. Overall this recent repair was a good experience with ARW. I have been a long time customer with varying resolution needs and results. I was pleased at the quality of work for the repair of my refrigerator. His knowledge of what needed repairing based on my description, impressed me. We both had to adjust the appointment times due to unforeseen circumstances but through determination He arrived and made the repair. The job was was completed before the arrival of my house guests.
