i have only had american residential warranty for a couple of months and so far i have no complaints .
Recently had cause to call for a refrigerator fix. The service provider was courteous, on time and ordered the replacement parts prior to the service date which was very convenient. Refrigerator fixed. Total time from reporting problem was less than one week.

I only wish I could write a zero. Please review all of the One stars before you consider purchasing this. They are right on track with their evaluations. I was scammed by this company as I ordered the plan for everything covered to the max and they dont want to pay anything. My last issue was with the ceiling fan and they agreed to pay $300 toward the fan and labor which wont even cover the fan portion.
