***** was warm friendly and amazing. Her energy was contagious. She's an absolute asset to your team and should be acknowledged by her manager and supervisor as an example of a good customer service representative. She was respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, charismatic and funny. My most refreshing and enjoyable experience with customer service in a long time. I called in because I had a problem with my billing. I spoke to a young man named, "Will". He was a delight to talk to. Very helpful & understanding. He took his time to help me out. He explained everything. Also, having customer service in the ***, is a huge asset, also. The employees speak understandable perfect English! THAT I LOVED!!! You have a fantastic employee there.
