Get directionsThis company tried their best on not to refund my money. They found a loop hold on not doing the work on my home. I was told by the sale *** that it would cover my water pipes at my home. . Then find months later and several payments paid that they dont cover it, they refuse to do the coverage. They also refuse to refund my payments. Arw have good saleman to sell their polices, they will say everything you want to hear just to sell a policy, even if what they are telling you is not covered.

I am very disappointed in the company. I have only been with them a few months and on my first claim, they refused. My sump pump stopped working and basement flooded. My friend (who is a plumber) came and found that my electrical outlet had shorted out and not plumbing problem. My friend came over and asked if we had our septic emptied as all the snow we have had caused his to overflow. My husband went out and it was full. DO NOT USE THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!!! When you file a claim, they wont reimburse you the full amount if you use your own service provider. If you decide to wait on their providers, it will take MONTHS for a resolution. They evade status calls or make up stories. They schedule people to come to your house without your approval of appointment times with very little notice. trouble filing a claim, purposely misleading to not send someone to help. If a person paid their contract, waited their 30 days and call months later and *** not remember exactly when the issue started they should not hassle you and just send someone out. Scammers, any reason to not fulfill their end of the contract. Do not buy their services obviously, ****** learned, just another corrupt company out there.

I only wish I could write a zero. Please review all of the One stars before you consider purchasing this. They are right on track with their evaluations. I was scammed by this company as I ordered the plan for everything covered to the max and they dont want to pay anything. I've had an absolute terrible experience with this company so far.We submitted for a claim because our furnace has broken parts. They gave me one buy out option... I had to pay the rest of the year's premium for them to not even meet the full coverage amount that they promise. They sucks and I encourage everybody who has a contract with them, cancel it immediately. Hit it where it hurts in their pocket.
