I cancelled my account in November 2023, and I still have not received my refund. Its 1/27/24. I was on a ten minute hold for 90 minutes. 90 minutes in, the automated message told me that they arent open on weekends. Its typical to wait for hours when calling, especially if you want to cancel your service.

On Sunday 01/21/2025 I searched ARW on line to file a claim. I am in Fl and my home in Tn is covered. Your web page stated you offer 24/7 service. I had to use a phone to enter the information for my claim. There is no one there on weekends. I guess nothing breaks on weekends. I was getting no hot water out of my exterior hot water tank. They sell you a warranty that includes plumbing. When they do not have a contract plumber with their company. And there is no plumber, that wants to do any work for this company. They sent me to a plumber that did not have a contract with them. And the plumber refused to do the work because he did not have a contract with them. Plus they owe *** Drainworks money, for a job that he did, and never paid him. So he refuses to do any jobs for them until they pay him. Do not purchase any home warranty from this company. The take a very long time to resolve your claims. No one from the company return your calls nor do they call to keep you updated on the claim process. I have been waiting 25 days for them to make a decision on a claim for my refrigerator. I have to call them everyday and all they do is transfer to people that can only put in a ticket. If it was possible i would give them ZERO STARS!

My furnace went out on Dec 17 2023 I called in and put in a claim on Dec 18 2023. I get a call from ARW on 1/8/2024 stating that I have two choose to pay the balance for over $2800.00 or they could send me a check for $525.00. It took them 3 weeks for them to tell me this with no heat in the winter time and I live in *********

I never gave them the ok to charge me for the service. But they keep charging me for the service. I have been trying to get my money back and I can't get ahold of anyone. So I would really think about even talking to these people.

We live in a metro area of ******* people. Two days before Christmas, our hot water heater ***** a leak and water was shooting everywhere. We called ARW and they said they would locate a plumber and send him right out. We heard nothing. A few hours later we called again and they said they were working on locating a plumber in our city that can work on residential water systems. (I assume 99% of plumbers can do that?) IF I could give 0 stars I would. ARW IS A SCAM THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THE ELDERLY-THEY NEVER ***********. I FILED A CLAIM AT THE BEGGING OF NOVEMBER 2023 ABOUT MY STOVE AND IT IS STILL BROKE NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME-IVE ALWAYS CALLED TO FIND OUT THE STATUS.NO RESPONSE, BUT THEY GET THEIR MONEY FAITHFULLY EVERY MONTH. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS SHUT DOWN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER FOR HOME WARRANTY

I have been leaving messages for two weeks to cancel the account. When I finally reached a live person yesterday, he claimed he could not cancel the account since he did not set it up. Sounds bogus. I requested to speak with a manager, but he kept forwarding me to a loop message that kept extending the estimated wait time, and no one ever answers. I dont want another payment taken from my account for this unrepeatable company!
