Good service. Would be perfect if service could be provided within 24 hours. It takes 2-3 days before issues are addressed. With heating and cooling most problems are urgent.

I just wanted to say, My air conditioner wasn't cooling so I called ARW on a Friday evening and No one answered. So I called on of our local companies and they came the next day and got me up and running. So Monday I called ARW and explained the situation and that I wanted to be reimbursed for having to pay out of pocket, I uploaded all documents to the email address that I was told to do!! I callled about my stove. They gave me an appointment for vendor to come out and check. Vendor called ahead and was there on time. Took no time to find issues. Had to order parts for repair. Parts was delivered to me directly in a timely manner. Vendor came back and replaced parts in little time. I am now using my oven and completely satisfied. Thanks American Warranty. You really came through for me.

American Residential Warranty has beat my expectations by a long shot; I was work with another warranty company that charge $100 mon/$100 per call. ARW charges me $70 and only $50 per call. The other company took 3 weeks to find a contractor fix my furnace; my 2 calls to ARW have been handled within 3 days, with a reputable true "appliance" repair firm, whom I've also been pleased with. As soon as my warranty program on my other house is over the one year contract, I'm changing it to ARW, too. Strongly recommend!

I placed a work order for my heating system and within 24 hours a company was at my house to make the repair.residential warranty provided excellent service throughout the entire period of getting the repair completed.very satisfied with the service of the protection they provide to home owners.
