Absolutely terrible experience with ARW Home.Our ** went down during a boiling-hot weekend in the middle of summer in **************. We initially couldnt get anyone from ARW Home to respond, so I had to call another company to get someone out. I would not recommend this company for a home warranty service. Their customer support is difficult to get a hold of and not very pleasant to deal with. Additionally the wording on their contracts are very vague giving them room to deny just about any claim. They are unclear of their service expectations and overall a very frustrating company to deal with. It was great in the beginning but now very horrible . Bc of the low reimbursements - the service providers cancel after they come out to assess and try to fix the problem , wasting your time and making the issue potentially worse. So now, you have to wait for another service provider to be assigned and come out which takes days . Great service ARW - another client lost to your incompetence .

Worse home Warranty company ever!! Total SCAM. I have been without ** for 5 weeks!! For $120 they sent an ** guy to look at my ** and he said it is an electrical issue. Electrician came and said it is the ** and took pictured. Mean while I don't have a working ** unit. As a homeowner, you rely on a home warranty to give you peace of mind when things break down. Sadly, American Residential Warranty did not deliver for me. I paid a $100 fee for a service call that never actually happenedthe plumber simply never showed up. When a company takes your money upfront but fails to provide the service or issue a hassle-free refund, its a red flag. Ive since canceled my policy and wanted to warn others to save your hard-earned money and look at alternative providers.

I thought I was speaking with American Home Shield. Once my confirmation email came through after the charge, I realized I had been misled. This is a home warranty provider that has delayed responses and provided the run around for over a month. The claim was submitted on 06/17/2026 and is for our Central Air Conditioning with coverage up to $2,500. Our air has not effectively been cooling our home since this date and through multiple heat waves resulting in $450 energy bills. They sent a tech out within 4 days who diagnosed the issue as low R22 refrigerant and a failing condenser motor/bearings. No response was received until July 3rd.
