Our experience with this company was fine. He explained our furnace problem, he fixed it, and ensured his number was available in the event it started making the noises again that prompted our call to begin with while he was still in the neighborhood. i have only had american residential warranty for a couple of months and so far i have no complaints .
Recently had cause to call for a refrigerator fix. The service provider was courteous, on time and ordered the replacement parts prior to the service date which was very convenient. Refrigerator fixed. Total time from reporting problem was less than one week.

If there was a ZERO rating for this ARW i would have given it to them. I recently canceled my membership with this home warranty company because they would NOT provide adequate coverage for my home and appliances. Every service call I made they barely covered the half the cost of the repairs. In the end I tried to cancel my membership with them and should have received $200 in residual money back.
