Our experience with this company was fine. He explained our furnace problem, he fixed it, and ensured his number was available in the event it started making the noises again that prompted our call to begin with while he was still in the neighborhood. He was courteous, professional, and provided the information we needed.

Recently had cause to call for a refrigerator fix. The service provider was courteous, on time and ordered the replacement parts prior to the service date which was very convenient. Refrigerator fixed. Total time from reporting problem was less than one week.
