This company is very unscrupulous with their conniving trickery to persuade me that they were not giving me my money back under their 30 day back guarantee. On 02-23-2026 I paid $69.99 and on 03-23-2026 another $69.99 and I cancel the service on 03-25-2026 in which it had only been 28 days since February only have 28 days and because I open a claim for my clothes washer they wanted me pay $125.00 just to open the claim. This company made it difficult to cancel when I called to say I do not want to renew my home warranty plan. The customer service agent kept trying to convince me to renew and I kept telling her I will not change my mind and just wanted to cancel. The agent also kept putting me on hold and taking a long time before she came back on the phone. It took me almost 30 minutes on the phone before she finally canceled my plan.

He did his inspection and wrote his report and 2 weeks later no communication from this company, no follow up either. This company tried their best on not to refund my money. They found a loop hold on not doing the work on my home. I was told by the sale *** that it would cover my water pipes at my home. . Then find months later and several payments paid that they dont cover it, they refuse to do the coverage. They also refuse to refund my payments. Arw have good saleman to sell their polices, they will say everything you want to hear just to sell a policy, even if what they are telling you is not covered.

I am very disappointed in the company. I have only been with them a few months and on my first claim, they refused. My sump pump stopped working and basement flooded. My friend (who is a plumber) came and found that my electrical outlet had shorted out and not plumbing problem. DO NOT USE THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!!! When you file a claim, they wont reimburse you the full amount if you use your own service provider. If you decide to wait on their providers, it will take MONTHS for a resolution. They evade status calls or make up stories. They schedule people to come to your house without your approval of appointment times with very little notice. trouble filing a claim, purposely misleading to not send someone to help. If a person paid their contract, waited their 30 days and call months later and *** not remember exactly when the issue started they should not hassle you and just send someone out.
