This ARW home warranty told in the beginning that they will fixed my television and says everything covers if you have certain amount I paid it but now they are saying we cant fixed it they are scamming people so plz be careful not recommend ????????

The claim for the fridge resulted in a buyout since the technician could not find parts for the refrigerator manufactured in April 1995. The buyout amount was based on the remaining limit of liability as per the terms and conditions of your plan.
They called and said I didnt make my payment. Spent almost 2 hours on hold or waiting for a chat to verify that I had in fact made the payment. Still havent got to talk to anyone yet.
