I've had an absolute terrible experience with this company so far.We submitted for a claim because our furnace has broken parts. They gave me one buy out option... I had to pay the rest of the year's premium for them to not even meet the full coverage amount that they promise. So they force you to pay out your entire year's premium to simply use the coverage they promise.Separately, I had to request a new contractor to come out because the original one they assigned to me never contacted me and had HORRIBLE online reviews. They sucks and I encourage everybody who has a contract with them, cancel it immediately. Hit it where it hurts in their pocket. We have experienced a nightmare with this company and everyone needs to cancel their policy and a HUGE warning to consumers looking for a warranty company.Approximately 3weeks ago our tankless hot water heater ( that we purchased new less than 3years ago) was acting up. This company is a scam - BEWARE !!! Called ****************** to purchase a warranty and somehow got directed to ARW - we were quoted $400 yearly policy and when we received the paperwork it wasnt from Liberty but ARW with a price tag of $1057. .00 - they need to be investigated !!!!

ARW Home Plans, and the company should be investigated because they are ripping off customers through false advertising, and charging customers additional fees for appliances repairs, in addition to what they charge customers each month. This company is very unprofessional, the staff is very rude and they mislead their customers by thinking their appliances are fully covered, when they sign up. Worst company ever to work with. I honestly don't know how they have any customers. Turned in a Dryer and they said a tech ran a diagnostic on it and said that it was going to be over the amount it was worth. The tech never called or came out so I have no clue how they were able to figure out that it was totaled. My plan covered me with up to $300 with $125 copay. They said that I needed to cover the diagnostic so they would buy the dryer and pay me $130. So their payout covered my deductible basically. What a sham.
