Recently had cause to call for a refrigerator fix. The service provider was courteous, on time and ordered the replacement parts prior to the service date which was very convenient. Refrigerator fixed. Total time from reporting problem was less than one week.

The process of submitting claims has been pretty simple. And the follow up by service provider is relatively quick. So far I have been satisfied with the company.

DO NOT USE. This company routinely uses tactics to deny claims for reasons contrary to their contract & terms. I suppose they except most customers to not know better. Normally I am okay with this. extremely frustrated, but I know to demand to speak with management, go through some contract arguments & eventually get funded for the protection I paid for. In the past 3 years, monthly cost has more than doubled, (from $75 to $150+) but the replacement payouts stayed the same or in some appliances, reduced total replacement val... read more

Additional coverage added to my warranty that was UNAUTHORIZED after someone called and did introduce themselves, who they were with, or provide any verification they were not a scammer. After I let them know all that, they provided email verification that they were with the company and then hung up. Had I not been paying attention to my credit card charges and received an email receipt the following day, I would not have known this unauthorized transaction occurred. My family and I realized the air condition unit stopped working throughout the home. I created a claim on 5/20/2026 and paid the deductible. On 5/21/2026, I received a phone call from a technician that was hired to complete the job, who found the problem and reported that he would send the invoice to the company, to return on 5/22/2026 between 2:00-2:30pm.
