This company is terrible and all they do is steal your money. I called them about 3 weeks ago about our a/c and they charged me ***** and then never sent anyone, They sent me a text and said they cancelled the call and will refund my ***** within 3-5 days. I have been waiting on hold to cancel my service for almost 20 min when they originally said the hold time would be 25 min now it is up to 35 min. This is rediculous. Don't ever do business with them...

So here is my plight. My hot water heater went out on a Thursday. It gets called in. The warranty company couldn't get anyone out until Monday. Technician comes Monday afternoon states a new water heater is needed. They put the details in the portal that day. So far we have no hot water for 5 days. I call to get the process expexidited because of no hot water. I was told well it will take another 48 hours to process the the details. Easy to purchase a warranty and great service there.Trying to get a claim is another. I have a 100$ service fee. Lots of issues. 1. they often contract with service providers that are not reputable, none are BBB accredited and all with poor online reviews (which albeit may not be entirely accurate but have some truth to them). 2. slow to find a service provider. I purchased two policies for my properties and over an eight month period received no compensation for any claims. This company put obstacles in my way of getting repairs done. Told me they did not have plumbing companies in my service area. Service technicians that came out to evaluate issues told me that they never actually do repairs for this company that are covered. I purchased a home at the end of Aug. 2023 and began moving in 09/01/23 and discovered my dishwasher leaked. I made a claim on 09/02/23 and followed up. I called again 09/15 and I have been on the phone with them again on 09/19. They are telling me that they either haven't received my home inspection report (I've sent it 3 times) or that it isn't legible (sent a 4th time). This company is not good. Been a member for a while used a couple of times. 90 days ago my Microwave went out. I called them after being on hold 30 plus minutes. I paid my service call fee, they sent a guy out. {my microwave would turn & Function but would not heat} He took apart & Ordered the part. A week later came & repaired it but the door would shut correctly but he got it semi workable so I accepted the work. 90 go by & it wont heat again. I submitted a claim on Monday @ 9:20PM for my HVAC not working. Today is Wednesday, 1:00PM and a company has not been assigned yet. It's 85 degrees in the house and I have 4 small children, and 4 adults visiting for the week. I have called 3 times to find out the status of the technician and was told a technician has not been assigned yet, but they are still working on it.
