Customer service is not good at all specifically in CA as their office is in East Coast, and they are 3 hours a head. Also always they try to find even any not logical reason to not cover your broken things as they did for me!<br />

This company is a scam. It has been 34 days since I filed and still no service. They take money out of my account every month. I have lost ******* from a tenant because the work on mu plumbing and electric was not completed. The money for the work was taken out 11/2/23. ARW without authorization deducted $229.88 from my checking account. I am set-up to receive quarterly invoices...I either mail or make my payment online. Last quarter the representative entered my debit card information in their system and this quarter they decided it was okay to deduct payment. Definitely fraud to deduct a payment without authorization. I called and finally got through to someone...I gave her all my information and I was disconnected before I could get a confirmation number.

I'm a very unhappy customer! First ********************** was supposed to assign me someone for my plumbing within 48 hours! ****, that DID NOT HAPPEN! They are terrible. Whenever I call I always hear that my wait time will be 10 minutes and is always longer then that, like ***** minutes. Do not get involved with them. I have been waiting since November 11 for my premium refund and this is the 18th.

Avoid!!! I have a claim from back in May for a built in mircowave and oven and they will not help for anything. I have been on the phone hours, transfered to XYZ only to be hung up ************* for my plan is $5000, but will not pay out what is needed because they said my appliance is new. It's over 10 years old and making every excuse to not do a full pay out. I've been with them since 2019. I'm ready to pull out my hair and cancel them. I'll go back to AHS, they actually helped.

This company is terrible and all they do is steal your money. I called them about 3 weeks ago about our a/c and they charged me ***** and then never sent anyone, They sent me a text and said they cancelled the call and will refund my ***** within 3-5 days. I have been waiting on hold to cancel my service for almost 20 min when they originally said the hold time would be 25 min now it is up to 35 min. This is rediculous. Don't ever do business with them...
