Then after I inform them of this I get absolutely no follow up. On the weekends they have no one available to answer phone calls, even though it is obvious they use an out of the US call center? Our family has been ARW customers for about six or seven years. In the past when we needed service,there weren't any problems having a technician come out.On 6/17/24 our AC started giving us problems,so my wife filed a claim and paid the $125 service fee.No one has contacted us, my wife has been calling for updates and so today some one told my wife we had an appointment for this Thursday but we don't know what time the appointment is for. Since the BBB doesn't allow negative numbers in their rating system, I have to rate ARW the rating of 1. This company will place you on hold for hours just to speak to an English as a Second Language (ESL) phone answering person who can not and will not process your claim for you. The company they ended up assigning my claim to was rated D- by the BBB. The company was named U.S. Appliance and their tech was rude, condescending and clearly did not want to do the job. I have contacted ARW for the last week. They have initially told me I did not have AC coverage which I shorted him. I did they kept telling me wait 24 hours or 48 hours. Meanwhile its 90 here in ******* today. My AC still has not been fixed, and now they are accepting the fact that I always had the coverage they have not made any effort to waive any fees if I were you, I would look around

This company is a scam. They will not fix your items. They will look for every excuse not to and will try to force you to stay with the company by saying we are unable to cancel your policy you have to keep it for a year. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.

$804 for services however their site is difficult to use. Claim submission number does not work on the weekend. They adjusted the service call fee from $55 to $99 and provide less accessible service.

I got scammed by them!!!! I paid $69.99 every month for a plan for 3 months and in may I gave them a $125.00 for my deductible to fix my washer. They never sent anyone out to fix it and never called me. I finally had a third party company call me to set up an appointment for 3 weeks out. Used them for a year because the seller of the house picked them for the warranty that they bought for us. Seemed ok, never had to use the warranty, but now that the year is over they constantly hound you to renew. They call my wife's phone multiple times a day over and over. ***** who just called was extremely rude. After all this harassment I will not renew.
