This company is a total scam! I have had nothing but the worst customer service experience with the call center and the technician! I reached out to them to fix my washer, the tech came by and said we need to order "x" part when we get it I will come back. Tech installed "a part" left and when I tested my washer in was in worse condition than it originally was prior to them working on it! I have been waiting for almost two months for my washer to be fixed or replace. The last time someone came out to try and fix the washer was June 20 2024 at that time he realized he was not able to fix the washer and advised ARW that the washer was not repairable at that time ARW stated that they would take care of it. Cyber World has closed the case and they also advised me that they will no longer service this area. ARW are liars. I wont go into every thing they did to me, because I dont have enough time so right each and everything. my last claim was for my AC long story short air condition could not be repaired. Had to do a total replacement.. estimate the company gave me to replace it, which is a company that American residential warranty sent said it was $7500 to take care of problem American residential warranty gave me $1550. Worst experience with a warranty company ever! i am asking for my money back since no one showed up for the repairs and i had to pay for everything out of pocket! Consumer beware!

The worst company in business!!!!you're better off throwing money away. Our ac has been down for over a week ( Emergency RIIIGHT) they do not care at all!!!! Put them out of business everyone

I have been with ARW for 3 years without a claim. The first time I make a claim they assign my claim to an out of my area hvac contractor. Then after I inform them of this I get absolutely no follow up. On the weekends they have no one available to answer phone calls, even though it is obvious they use an out of the US call center? What the h*** They sure as h*** took my money right away for the claim. I wait all weekend without any response, in 90 degree plus weather then I finally have to fix the problem myself. Our family has been ARW customers for about six or seven years. In the past when we needed service,there weren't any problems having a technician come out.On 6/17/24 our AC started giving us problems,so my wife filed a claim and paid the $125 service fee.No one has contacted us, my wife has been calling for updates and so today some one told my wife we had an appointment for this Thursday but we don't know what time the appointment is for. Since the BBB doesn't allow negative numbers in their rating system, I have to rate ARW the rating of 1. This company will place you on hold for hours just to speak to an English as a Second Language (ESL) phone answering person who can not and will not process your claim for you. The company they ended up assigning my claim to was rated D- by the BBB. The company was named U.S. Appliance and their tech was rude, condescending and clearly did not want to do the job. I have contacted ARW for the last week. They have initially told me I did not have AC coverage which I shorted him. I did they kept telling me wait 24 hours or 48 hours. Meanwhile its 90 here in ******* today. My AC still has not been fixed, and now they are accepting the fact that I always had the coverage they have not made any effort to waive any fees if I were you, I would look around
