My procedure for dentures was in March 6th, 2025. I paid upfront on February 14th. My Delta Dental paid March 20th and April 20th. I am owed a refund if $5000. I have called the dental office and they are clueless. I have called every week since to corporate. They keep telling me that its in processing and to give it a couple of weeks. It is now June! They keep billing me for a procedure that under their contractual agreement with Delta Dental Insurance is not billable to the insured. I went to the Waycross Georgia office where I had the procedures done and the billing person didn't know how to deal with it. I've made several attempts calling their national billing office and the representatives there have no clue what to do either. Poor customer service. Shame on you. Gal on phone said walk in on Saturday so drove an hour and a half to get help to be turned away. Made an appointment for weekday so drove again an hour and a half to find out the appointment was somewhere else that was another hour away. Crazy. Your scheduling help does not know how to do their job. Boo on Aspen Dental.

Aspen Dental **********, *** stole money from my Care Credit Account. They charged for a procedure I DID NOT have. They used my Care Credit account and now I owe ****** to Care Crefit. I reported it to ************** who has the Care Credit Account. They said it was fraud,closed the account and told me to tell the police. I did and now it is in the **************** being investigated. They committed fraud and are in huge trouble. Don't go there. They will fraud you.

I was treated like c*** Aspen Dental is a big runaround there all about money and get mad if you don't want to spend a lot of money I'd give them a big fat zero it's a corporation go to a private dentist office and get treated like a king at the Oxford Alabama office it's blind leading the blind

The ONLY reason why we went here is because my mother was in excruciating pain and this was the the only dentist in her area that took her insurance. We started off pretty well there. took out a $3,000 care credit loan (that I paid off in FULL by the way) that I was told would cover everything with her insurance. Now they are saying we owe more money! They HAVE NOT returned any of my phone calls. They keep telling me different things. They have way to many technicians working on your mouth making it feel like a run down free... read more
I had a root canal done at Aspen Dental in *******, **. on 3/1/24. At my initial appointment on 2/22/24 I paid them $287.00. About a month or so after my 2nd appointment I received a bill for $188.00, then about another month another bill came for $299.00. was told had to pay over $200 to get a deep cleaning before they would do any work on my teeth. I needed a chip bonded on my front tooth that had nothing to do with my gums, but they refused to do anything until i had a deep cleaning. They did the same exact thing to a coworker of mine.
