I wrote this same review on Google because people need to be aware of this place. BEWARE OF ASPEN DENTAL: I went in there for an emergency. My filling had come loose and was in so much pain my blood pressure was high. And even after checking my BP they didn't do anything to treat my pain at all. Instead they told me how much work I needed to get done aside from what was currently going on with my hurting tooth, $4,000 in dental work which I would need to pay on the date of service!!! I have had 3 separate experiences with Aspen Dental. I always had a private dentist until he retired so I thought I was just spoiled. The first experience was ok. Had a cleaning, films and a wisdom tooth pulled. It was pain-free and the female dentist was absolutely gentle and very pleasant. Spoke with me in detail after the visit to make sure I didn't have any questions. I took my daughter in for a cleaning and films because she does need braces. I should have read these reviews before going to there. They are really suck! Just for cleaning, added too extra $ to patient's out of pocket.It's serious. Don't go there.

I have never posted a review on an online site before but after my recent experience with Aspen Dental I feel required to share this with others. At first, I thought that this was an ok place to go. It's a chain, so they have locations everywhere, which in convenient. But that's the problem! I should have avoided this place knowing it's a chain. All of my cleanings went well, but when I had a temporary crown put in (that was suppose to last 2 weeks!) it fell out--twice! I had to go back to have it fixed and I was late to work b/c of this. Then, after going back 3 more times, my gums bled and they were rough during the application of the crown. Terrible dentists and staff, I would suggest no one receive any type of cleaning or procedure here. Aspen Dental franchise as a whole is despicable!

I actually have to laugh at my experience there. I went because I had a broken tooth. I was told by this annoying "dentist" (Troll #1)...wish I could remember her name...that she couldn't fix it but suggested that I have all my teeth removed except for the front teeth. She kept showing me the partials that she would use when it came time for that phase of my complete dental makeover. Do NOT get scammed by these con artists! These are the worst people you will ever find in white coats! They have claimed that I have nine cavities and stage 2 periodontal disease, nearing stage 3 if I didn't do anything quickly. With the insurance I had at the time, I had limited coverage. Looking back; it might be safe to say that they were looking for quick cash.
