***** walked me through the whole process, all I had to do was make a couple clicks and send some pictures. Oh and they saved me money.

It was a fairly easy process, but a little lengthy maybe. The customer service was great. They actually explained some things I was not aware of about the different types of loans like the simple loan vs other types. They did get my payment lowered significantly per month, but i had to make a compromise with a little higher interest rate, but that's where the explanation of a simple loan vs what i currently had played in.
