The loan officer was very attentive to my needs. He was able to find me a better rate than what I had which lowered my payments substantially over the life of the loan.

Not only did he carefully explain everything to me so I understood every aspect of the process, but he also went above and beyond by having a notary sent out to me at my place of work so I did not have to take personal time to complete the application process. The agent I worked with was awesome. She outlined everything for me so it was easy to handle. I dont have a lot of free time to be looking up paperwork but she made it very easy for me to complete my end. She did the rest.
