Unethical business practices, Dishonest, Deceptive Would leave 0 stars if possible. Very unethical company. BEWARE!!! Told was approved then all of a sudden they cancelled, saying my vehicle wasnt worth the amount AFTER a hard check on my credit. Got lies and misderiction on several occasions. Don't waste your time First of all the customer service representative Estelle was super difficult to reach, I had to keep calling her daily for a week to be able to reach her. And then when she finally picked up, she told me that I have to put $3700 down just to be able to refinance the car. No thank you.
Repeated Credit Pulls and No Results — Damaging My I’m extremely disappointed with Autopay Finance. Deceptive. Credit Karma said 4.9% interest $450 payment, so I applied… comes back with a 13% interest date and nearly $700 payment. I have an almost perfect credit score as well. I want this off my credit score.
Why was it so difficult If you want things done fast, efficient and easy, you’ve come to the wrong place.
Waste of Time Don't waste your time. I thought this company may take additional considerations when reviewing but they didn't. I have a 800 credit score with no cc debt. Was just looking to lower my rate. We recently sold and bought a house. They said my Debt to income was two high based on my mortgage even though my spouse and I split the payment each month. The rep said that doesn't matter. Rep was short and seemed like probably based out of India.

Very unprofessional and high rates Whoever reached out to me was incredibly unprofessional. They would call, immediately hang up, not leave a voicemail, and then not answer when I called them right back. They then texted me complaining that I wasn't answering their calls. McDonald's employees are more professional than whoever I was working with — the conversation really blew my mind at the lack of communication and courtesy.
