Horrible Experience Iwill never refinance with Aut Unfair, Dishonest, and Possibly Discriminatory I had a terrible experience working with Kash Armstrong on a refinance. He told me I was approved, took all of my personal information, and then sent a fake-sounding email with a bogus excuse from the underwriter saying I was denied. This company claims to be based in Colorado, but agents are all over the place. It feels unorganized, unprofessional, and shady. As an African American woman, I can’t help but feel that our loans ar... read more
Confusing and a sever lack of clarity This service is absolutely terrible. I am never able to contact my loan advisor. I have to contact the company directly, they leave a message and my loan advisor may contact me days later dispite always ending every conversation with "please reach out to me any time with any questions you have". But the worst aspect is their sever lack of clarity. As of right now, weeks after completing the refinancing, there is still approximately $6000 unaccounted for. DO NOT use this service.
Horrible Bait and switch this place is a joke
Dissatisfied I was approved for a loan and was not told of $500 dollar fee until after I accepted the loan.
2 months waiting on refund They sold me an engine warranty and gap coverage. Cancelled it and they said 4-6 weeks for the cancellation. And I’ve still not received my $2600 they signed up for warranties for on my behalf. Not recommended
Advertised APR is not realistic First of all, this is not really a lender. This is a company that searches for loans from lenders on your behalf. The best they could get me was 1.5% above the advertised rate. I had over 800 credit rating, and now it is around 790 after all of the credit checks. Don’t forget to ask about fees, which seem to be around $600. On the plus side, the loan specialist who worked with me was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Don't waste your time!! Avoid this company! I saw refinance rates advertised as low as 4.95%, so I applied, hoping to lower my 6.29% loan. Instead, they offered me 6.49%—higher than what I’m already paying! Absolute joke. I also took a hard inquiry on my credit, only to find out the 4.95% rate isn’t even available in my state (AZ). Had they been upfront about this, I never would have applied. When I asked to have the inquiry removed, they refused. Deceptive advertising and a complete waste of time. Stay far away!
Total crap Tot scam!!! They advertised an interest rate of 4.9% “offer” to choose and then the terrible lady on the phone came at me with a rate of 15% or so and it would be nice to not get scammed in the future by greedy toxic loaners!!!
Its a scam Credit Karma has always shown me autopay had lower auto loan rates (4.2) than what i currently had (6.4) and I finally decided to try it and they run a hard pull on your credit asap and end up offering a way higher interest rate. In my case it was in the 7s.
