Clickbait such a click bait and 2 hard credit pull within 2 weeks for each request and suggesting way too higher number than it shows in credit karma
Autopay ripoff Kredit Karma had autopay on their site as a auto refinance company so I filled out the forms just to find out they are a middleman company. Autopay sends out multiple apps so you end up with hard enquires from different sources instead of one finance company. I think it should be made clear if it's a middleman company that makes money selling people's information.
Auto Loan I'm not real happy. At first I was told that I wouldn't have a payment until October, my payment is actually due August. I was also told that my payment would be a little over $500 monthly, it's $610. Plus it took quit a bit longer than I was told. Not really happy at all. But it is what it is.
Deceptive customer service If I could give a half star, I would. While loan was approved (we declined), they are very misleading, non-responsive, constant postponing of paperwork, excuses for not calling in a timely manner, rates are not even close to what they promise on CK (I have excellent credit), and just over all sleazy in their tactics. Given other online reviews about same issues as well as other problems, we decided this company is definitely not the way to go.
Bad customer service Very bad communication. You don't want to deal with this people. If you can't get a hold of them how do you think they will provide service.
Absolute classic bait and switch. Complete bait and switch. They claimed one thing and then tried to push me to a longer loan with a HIGHER APR and a down payment. I only applied because CK claimed this was a better loan than my current one. Credit Karma should remove them from their lending list.
Crickets Complete waste of time and a needless credit pull .. submit app from the credit karma link ,they will quickly say lender approved and you upload documents and then will be back burnered because the person handling your loan will never be available no matter when you call and voicemail,texts and emails go unanswered...almost like credit karma as a whole is a joke along with the supposed refinancing companies they are partners with
Bait and Switch I received on April 28, 2026. Based on a pre-approval offer of 4.39% APR for a 48-month term (as shown in the attached documentation), I consented to a hard credit inquiry to finalize the application. However, after the inquiry was performed, the final offer provided was a 6% interest rate over an 82-month term. Useless Absolutely useless. I filled out the app with my desired term and re-fi amount. After a hard credit pull, I was advised that I was approved by a lender. However, no details would be posted to the portal for me to review. Scott Buss continued to play phone tag but refused my request both via email and voicemail to send me the numbers for review, either via email or posted to the "secure" portal. He finally cancelled my app after performing a hard credit pull. I definitely would never recommend this company to anyone
