Not upfront with fees $549 in undisclosed transfer fees from initial quote that only shows up on loan docs AFTER they have you sign the title transfer docs. They didn't mention it in the initial email and by the time you get the final bill, you are kind of locked in
Dishonest about intrest rates They lowered my credit score, didn't give me the loan promised. They tell you a low intrest rate.. but after you submit everything and they run all ur credit they are way higher then promised. My credit score is excellent. Now it's been ruined
Crap I had approval for a refinance loan at 8% 360 dollars a month. My original loan was 22% at 5 years, 500 dollars a month. After a ton of jaw jacking from their side i’m paying my loan off at 16.5% for 7 years, at 460 dollars a month. In 3 months i’m going to refinance through a local credit union where I’m going to get 8% for five years. I very much regret doing business with these guys. I never will in the future, and I will tell everyone I know.
Very disappointing They are 100% false advertisement! I selected an option and when the representative called me, they said they can’t do it. They can only do an APR that was three points higher than the advertised option. When I explained to the representative that I took a hard credit check for false advertising she then just without asking, canceled my application process
This company will lie about your pre-approved APR I've used Credit Karma several times for auto refinances and every time the quoted APR was given is what I ended up getting. However this company is extremely dishonest. They offered me a 8.9% APR and my credit score is 780 or higher. They told me in the Credit Karma screen that I was pre-approved at 4.89%. Bait and Switch game I would not use this group again.
Not a lender. Beware of numerous hard pulls. Not a bank or lender. They take your information and find other lenders. Each one is a hard pull on your credit. Before applying I did look at BBB and they have a great rating. The reviews are ok, you're going to have bad or negative reviews. Like this one. I applied, uploaded all the documents and waited. Next thing I know I'm getting hard pulls by multiple place. I have credit and ID protection through my bank and they alerted me as possible fraud.

Stay Far Away! Definitely a bait and switch - they talked to me about one rate. I have really good credit and a steady job, but they came back with a rate double what they talked to me about and said it just doesn’t workout sometimes. I wouldn’t have been willing to have a hit on my credit had I known.
