Low life outfit Decided not to do business with these folks, I have a credit rating of over 800, they advertised a rate of 6.95 or so, I have a auto loan a couple points higher, so I thought I would look into it. The fellow I talked said there would be no hard credit check unless I decided to do it. NOT TRUE not sure how they did it but they run a check with out me saying yes, getting the rate out of them was like pulling teeth, when I finally did get it, it was no better than the rate I have.
Dont Hurt your Credit Score Fake.....said they could lower payment....checked credit and which is in the 700's...then said give us $9000.....we will lower it...ha..right.
Don't do it The whole process has been awful. Start off the agent pushes me to refinance. The agent can't get my numbers right and blames me saying I didnt send things or I told her something else. Top it off they are calling my boss. And they say I never answer. I have two jobs. And the world is digital. Emails should work just fine.
Wasted my time Awful experience! I was pre-appoved for a much lower interest rate & payment. Once I handed in all my paperwork, I discovered there was a $599 Doc fee. Also, my loan officer,Tim, took his good old time getting back to me & didn't even show up for our scheduled phone meeting. I had to call twice to find out if I could switch. Don’t waste your time I clicked on where it takes take offer but then get a total different offer when I call which was way more than what I pay for my carnote! I also received an unnecessary inquiry on my report! So I’ll be filing a complaint!
Interest rate scam I was advertised a lower refinance rate for my vehicle. They obviously have the information of the vehicle I have. I receive a notice saying I am approved for a 5% rate at 72mo. After this, they make TWO hard inquiries on my credit and then say the best they can do is 13% because of the age of the vehicle. Why would you make two hard inquiries if you know my vehicle is older? Predatory business.

Pushy experience not a real lendro This is not an actual lendor its just a 3rd party that takes your data and sells it off to other lenders. Pretty deceptive practice and the person I worked with was very pushy.
