Advertised rate is a lie Rate is nothing close to advertised, took days and multiple credit pulls just to say they couldn’t match the advertised rate
Very disapointed. I was offered initially a 5.19% rate by credit karma. They offered me something around 10% at first and then almost 8%. I have my loan at 6.75%, why should I pay more in interest if I was trying to refinance to save some bucks? Super slow responses and the customer representative was very rude and unprofessional. He talked to me like he was doing me a favor and disliked that I knew the market. Finally, they ran my credit with two small providers for nothing. I have a 735 and 781 Fico credit scores.
Deceptive Advertising Autopay is Dishonest!!! Deceptive Advertising! Same company, different name (Last time it was Intuit).... they send a letter, Refinance, Save $$$, Guaranteed, Pre-qualified 4.58%.. then they shop with over "100 Lenders". What? They said 4.58%. Why do you need to shop Lenders? They run your credit (even after being pre-qualified), I am well over 800 and then they present rates that are no where near 4.58. Now your credit has a Hard Inquiry, a ding that pulls your credit down, and you don't have a lower ra... read more
Scammers and liars Scammers, and liars… avoid working with them
Frustrating and Misleading Experience – Loan Appro I applied for an auto loan refinance through Credit Karma and was approved by Autopay. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, as my application was marked as “Approved” in the system. However, after receiving confirmation, a loan advisor called me and told me they didn’t know why my loan was approved in the first place—only to then inform me that my application was actually denied due to some collections on my report. This is incredibly misleading and frustrating. If there ... read more
Terrible customer service I would give zero stars if I could! Terrible customer service! Never return phone calls! Rude and very disrespectful on the phone! Slow process! I'm taking my business elsewhere!
Uses deception and lies to show your SS all over This company is based off a scam. They tell you they can offer a low rate, then you pick that loan option and give them all the documents and they go shop your social security all over the place. They are just another shady auto loan broker.
DO NOT!!...Fall for the false APR advertisement False...false...advertisement. I blame credit karma for allowing click bait adverts on their page and sending me notification about saving on my car payment. This turned out to be a hard hit on my credit and they ended up giving me a higher APR than I have and still say I have a good deal. Do you due diligence before applying. Am never going to apply anything else on credit karma due to this.
Autopay is an autoscam Scam business. They sent me an offer to reduce my payment. Even though I have excellent credit, they could not provide me with the offer they sent, telling me they cannot beat the current rate of my auto loan. Now I have a hard credit pulled on my credit which will be there for two years. They use scam advertising just to get you to apply.
