Scammers They seem like scammers as stated before in other reviews. They off you low rates but after filling out paperwork and they hit your credit they offer rates 2 points higher. I have a 850+ credit and don't owe anyone
Very bad. It is scam company They are very deceiving. They offered me 7.6% when I applied. But then their specialist called me back and assigned 12.7%. That is, they just increased my bid almost twice. It's just ridiculous they are inadequate. They try to lure people with low rates, but they cheat and add a lot of points. For example, you will receive 12.7%, of which you will pay 7.6% to the bank, and this autopay organization will take 5.1% for nothing. Their carelessness will ruin your credit It started out all well and good but after I made several trips to the dmv to fix their mistakes I never did get my loan information or my extended warranty info. Autopay was supposed to be servicing my loan through a lender deal but apparently they didn't that. It took 2.5 months, countless phone calls, and -100 on my credit score for them to finally give me an account to pay with on their well hidden payment link near the bottom of their site. Deceptive advertising, possibly a SCAM This place is a SCAM. They advertise low rates and you end up with a rate 2% higher PLUS $600 in fees. I have a 850 credit score. I have lost all respect for CreditKarma allowing this business on their site. I went to my credit union and got a better rate then anything CreditKarma offered.

AUTOPAY I apply because i got an offer of 5.8%. after running my credit just got a text saying that they can offer me almost the same as i currently have and will save only $3.00 per month. what a waist of time and had my credit run for nothing .. never again with this people
They ran my credit and sent a fake preapproval rat I got a letter that I was pre qualified for a 5.02% interest rate to refinance my car loan. I did the application and they ran my credit. My current rate is over 7%. They said they didn't have a lower rate for me. THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT BEFORE TELLING YOU WHAT INTEREST RATE THEY CAN GIVE YOU.
False advertising to get you to apply Advertised rates as low as 3%, we have 800+ credit so applied. After hard credit hit they called and said we couldn't get anything under 6.25%. Waste of time. Deceptive.
