False Advertising Their current advertisement states they have rates as low as 3%. It does not state that you will get a hard inquiry on your credit report and they do not offer this rate I have almost an 800 credit score and they cannot get me under 5%. I played phone tag with the agent, and once I brought it to his attention. After he asked for more documents, he did not seem to care, as he just said there with nothing to say. Do not be fooled!

Deceptive Advertised that I had “outstanding” odds of lowering my interest rate by 1%. I have a credit score over 800. After running a hard credit pull, they said they could only offer 4% ABOVE my current interest rate.
Disengenuis Advertising Auto pay states best rates… Not ! Used car loan at 8% —- 809 credit score …. Just about everyone beat them . Disengenuis advertising … beware shop !

False advertising I have excellent credit, they have an offer to lower my car loan by ~2%, I apply and get approved and they won’t honor it.

Waste of time! It's a scam to get your information and sell it. I received a pre-approval notice, with a link that requested my home address, cell number, annual income, and SSN. I provided all of the information that was requested and received a message that my application was canceled.
