Scam If i could do negative stars i would. I was told that i would be given a better rate and by the end of it i owed 4000 more on my auto loan and am going to be paying it off for 22 extra months because i made the mistake of trusting what they told me.
Approved at first, then denied Rude Rep, was approved at first, then rep probed me with lots of questions over the phone and she immediately decided to deny me without explanation. Even have a hard pull on my file when it should be a soft pull. Will never apply with this company every again.

Having it around 710-720, I wanted to cut apr. rate and to cosign my wife to a loan as well, to build up her credit. Before all hard pools I have contacted manager from Autopay and after providing all details (including car info) in advance I was assured my apt. rate would be down as low as 4.5-5.5%. Worst, stay away!!! They are an outside agency, tell you that your APPROVED make you hurry and send documents in and also, go in your personal information change things without telling you example went and autopay called my insurance and change saying I had my vehicle with a different lender! This is violating hippa
Not trustworthy Company does not deliver. I received a letter for 3.49% apr. Was online the next day and filled out a quote request. Took them over a week to get back to me and tried to push signing without giving me details. Even though I would have seen them in the final paperwork. Was told they can not give me the 3.49 even though I have excellent credit.
Worst financial decision I have ever made! Long story, but don’t be fooled/scammed! I was left with just around $13,000 left of my car to pay off. After refinancing with Autopay and being hit hard with the hidden fees and lack of explanation of documents I was signing, I then owed roughly $17,200. I was rushed by text and email almost daily to get things signed and I (mistakenly) quickly signed the documents sent to me to finish the process while I was on a road trip.
