Lie Credit Karma claimed that I could save roughly $1800 if I refinance through autopay and save me about $65/month. So I applied. The process took about a week I almost forgot that I applied with them. They eventually called me and told me they could save me $9 per month on my car loan. I have 52 months remaining on my loan and they wanted me to refinance on a 60 month term $9 a month less. A waste of time! My advice, contact the lender that you are already financed under and refinance through them.
Horrible customer service across the board in this If I could give a negative 5 I would. Horrible customer services skills from coach, supervisor, manager, reps all across the company. There is no order. Seems to me no one knows what they are doing..they lie the whole process. How are you processing information and not know what is needed. I am also letting you know credit Karma that this company your app referred me to makes you look bad also!
Auto Refinancer Terrible customer service, lack of communication, instead of sending forms (which I was told they could) they would rather have you pay for a notary. Feels like a scam with how much they pressure you to get things done. Extremely unsatisfied and after this, will never do business with them again.
Garbage This company is not a bank it’s a broker like everybody else on the market they run my credit twice and they got approved with A fake bank please do not let them run your credit again
Not the best at all I dislike to have to do this but accountability is key. The lender I work with is Unprofessional. Go days without responding to your needs. I much rather not deal with a company like this.
Poorly I was told I was approved but I been calling them for 2 days and all I is a answering service and no one ever calls back don't even know if this a legitimate company I hate I gave them my information all because of credit Karma
Horrible refinance company The suck communication is horrible Austin is trash
Watch out for hidden fees and terms Was looking to lower my interest rate. They came back with a lower interest rate but tacked on an extra 32 months of financing and my financed total was higher due to their fees and throwing in gap insurance for a car which is worth more than Kelly blue book value. Very sad that Credit Karma recommended this company to me. Lost my trust in Credit Karma.
Nightmare You will pay so much in fees that it will set you back months. I got refinanced for a better rate. But almost 2 thousands dollors more was added to the principal. This has set me back months in extra payments that I had been making with my original lender. I do not recommend
