Mail offer good, actual offer was bad Recieved a good offer thru mail(was supposed to save $100 per month compared to my original monthly payment)… applied and the loan got extended 3 more months from the original one I had and I was supposed to save $150 for the lifetime of the loan. Credit report shows loan is $1500 more than what I originally own.
They charge doc fees +$1700 for me So I was approved and was going to get my payment decreased by $20.00 and a rate drop of almost 1%. But agent Shane said they are going to throw $1700 in doc fees and tags etc onto my loan and he said “do you understand that this is not a better option”. I understood not a huge change in saving but I was still interested in little saving and to be able to prove I’m trust worthy to other lenders I’m good to refinance in the future. Not impressed Not really impressed, I messed up even know they lowered my rate. I did not see that I ended up paying $3000 more for my truck than the original price! I did all my paperwork online while I was at work and the very nice gentleman only told me what I wanted to here which was he lowered my payments and APR not that they over charged me for the vehicle and I’ll never get that amount for it on trade in or selling outright!
Avoid them at all cost!!! Was looking to refinance my auto loan wheee my main concern was my monthly payment. Was approved for a payment $70 less than my monthly payment which isn’t much but it’s better than nothing added my mom as a co-signer, she doesn’t have a license so there’s was an issue with her info the loan specialist said my loan wouldn’t be funded, cool so I went through this entire 1 month process for nothing. I do not recommend. Rate was better. Hidden fees added onto my term. I’m paying less per month but more long term! WTF!
They are the reason people have no trust. I’m writing this review which I never write reviews to let people know to avoid this company at all cost! Unless you like them changing terms every time you turn around, a lack of getting a straight answer, making promises that they don’t keep, and just a lack of caring that you are entrusting them with your hard earned money... Something isn't right with these people. Told me I was approved got my information hit my credit with a hard pull then Luther didn't have the decency to return my calls they just dropped me like a rock.....something weird is going on here.
Bad Not worth it basically still paying the same amount with a new lender. My loan for some reason went up 4K lol don’t take the refinance from this company
