Overall I've been very pleased with Bay Alarm Medical. I decided to cancel the service and return the equipment after I was told in an email that it would cost upwards of $200 to replace the batteries in the Fall Alert monitor and the wall buttons. I felt that was ridiculous, particularly considering I do not own the equipment. It took eight minutes on hold with customer service.
