Ive been a service tech for similar alarm systems, so I knew this was an extremely affordable deal. The connection, when weve tested (monthly) is sometimes a bit funky, and wait times with the billing office are lengthy. But the price is too good to pass up.
Most recently,My telephone modem went out, therefore I had no alarm system, they were very patient with me and helpful in advising me how to reset the system. I did have to use my alarm in an emergency, there was no hold time, they contacted 911, and stayed on the phone with me and kept me calm until the ambulance arrived and contacted my daughter. I have recomended them to many of my friends. Hub
Very professional this time. A few weeks Ago yeah I had called and it was like nobody answering the phones. There was a recording that had come out and said like your number 30 in line waiting for them to answer the phone and then it would come back and say that Im number 37 was like wait whats going on. I was thinking of just going with a different company but the gentleman that called me back today was very nice very professional so thats why I will stay with Bay Alarm
