I used Bay Alarm Medical's online chat feature today to update my notification list and get a question answered. All of my contacts with Bay Alarm have been very satisfactory.
I spoke to a rep to change the billing information on my mother's account and she was exceptional and went above and beyond to help me out. The experience was painless and I was able to get everything accomplished that I needed to.
Bay Alarms customer service is outstanding! It is so refreshing to:-get help immediatelyno phone waits -speak with a person who not only knows their companys emergency process but also knows their equipment -speak with a person who is patient and speaks clearly. Zach did not say goodbye until all my issues were resolved. - BTW; Love the watch. Did a test, while talking to Zach, to make sure all was operational. I highly recommend a call to Bay Alarm once you receive your watch. Learned a lot very quickly.
Bay Alarm Medical has been so helpful to me getting my system set up. I havent had to use it , but feel confident everything will work well if I ever need it. Provides some freedom to get things done outside of the house.
