I saw a dining set on FB marketplace and began communicating with Lydia the sales rep there. She was responsive and timely in her communication. When we arrived to view, the manager Charles knew we were coming and was up to date on my communication with Lydia. They were easy to work with and negotiate on items in their clearance area. Everyone we encountered from the salespeople, manager, loading dock crew were professional and helpful. They offer a nice selection of household furniture to view.

Salesperson Amir was very helpful and patient. Hqpoy with my purchases. Was not able to buy a recliner since no one was able to load it on to my truck.

Just recently made a purchase at BEL Furniture. The atmosphere was Amazing. Diana was the sale associate who helped me. She was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and allowed me to explain what I wanted. I plan to more purchases with BEL Furniture.
My fiancé and I came in for the New Year sale and worked with Delia. Unfortunately, our experience with her was less than satisfactory. We spent over five hours in the store trying to communicate with her, AND she called our financing company to get us more money without consulting us first. This is the update to what I wrote a month ago. Lydia, is the face of this store. As it turns out, all the messages I left her was never provided and the person who supposed to have my bed delivered the first time dropped the ball. Lydia went out of her way to correct this for me. In additional, I got the brackets that were omitted the first time, a refund for the bench that wasn't in the warehouse at the time I ordered and a $99 refund for failure to deliver.
