Let me start on the day of purchase Black Friday of 2021. Waiting for loading... Came in on a Saturday morning at exactly 10:00am. Did my paperwork very easy. She was asking one gentleman where the other worker was he told her he went to get tacos and would be back in a bit. When sh gave him the paperwork the other guy came with the tacos. Now 30 minutes later I'm still waiting by the back service door.
When I tried to complete purchase at the Corpus Christi location, my coupon that was sent to me via text was not honored. I was told that it was being deducted from the mattresses but suddenly what was 669 jumped to over 800... the price wasn't what was quoted to me when I selected mattress which was same price online in my shopping bag which I showed to clerk. She began to display rapid body movement and her voice was increasing so I just told her to cancel my order.
Recently moved to San Antonio and had to buy living and dining furniture for our home. We had a great shopping experience and prices were reasonable. We paid extra for warranty to cover damage. Within a month, a dining chair leg broke as my husband was scooting back from the table. We called the store and was directed to contact the warranty company. My shopping experience was horrible but let me start that I should have done my homework before buying at this store specially should have check the reviews. I can tell you that the sales person was a great young guy but that's it! To start make sure the item is available mistake number one they will not informed you if is not. bought a dinning room set about a year ago leg on the bench broke a week after it was delivered, called the store they said it was still under warranty from the store someone would be out .4 months later after many phone calls a man shows up picked up the broke leg says he will be back with the replacement the next day that was 6 months ago. Margarita at the Katy distribution center has been the person of contact thru this whole ordeal. she has been rude and very unprofessional no help at all.
Got a great sectional on sale. Salesman Eric was helpful before the sale but non existent after the sale. He actually gave himself 4 stars on my phone as I stood in line waiting to pay. I shopped around for several weeks before making the purchase and if customer service / professionalism are important to you go to Rooms to Go or another business where satisfaction is more important than the immediate sale.

The furniture I received was scratched, one of my coffee tables was broken. I was immediately told by the delivery team that they would make a note of it and notify them, which I appreciated. I received the delivery customer service was terrible. I was advised the estimated time for it to be delivered was from 3pm to 7pm and it wasn't delivered until almost 9pm.
