UPDATE from previous review: Nothing after the sales process has been great. The furniture I was told was in stock is not. Delivery was schedule 2 weeks out and I get a call 4 days before delivery to be told nothing I picked out was available and my delivery had to be pushed out another week. Then I decided to cancel because I do not trust they will have the items available and I'm told there's a cancellation fee. Bad customer service. The customer service line only works sometimes (it beats repeatedly and hangs up on you) and they don't respond to emails. Delivery workers through furniture together. After they left we discovered there were pieces not hammered in and left underneath. They had broken some pieces of the beds and even nails were sticking out.

This is a joke. I ordered two replacement chairs for my dining room table, and they called saying my order was being shipped and be here in two weeks. It's going on the fourth week, and they haven't shipped it. They had it in stocked and no delays when they initially called and supposably on the truck already. I ordered a 6-piece bed set from Living spaces and it took them a week to get it fully delivered to my house (not the store). This is a joke of a company. The service has been overall horrible! The prices are great but you pay in the long run with the horrible delivery! I was supposed to have a king size bedroom set delivered they deliver the bedroom set. Do not bring the screws and stuff to put the bedroom set together totally unprofessional of them. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else, pay a little more, get better service. They sold me an end table when I went back to pick it up... they sold it to someone else. The recliner I bought has taken over half a month to arrive from Houston. I'm not even getting it delivered. They have made no apologies or concessions. It's cheap furniture but do yourself a favor and skip this store.

I have been waiting over a month for the mattress I purchased they delivered my couch and we're supposed to deliver the mattress at the same time and it was not on the truck. I was told by the delivery guy.(that did not speak any English) it would be there the next day I waited, and nothing that was over a month ago. worst customer service EVERRRR if you can get ahold of anyone. They never answer the phone at any location. I literally have to call at least 7 times just to get ahold of anyone. My furniture was delivered and it was damaged and i have not heard anything back after submitting my incident and it has been 2 weeks!

Worst customer service. I bought a bedroom set back in November spent $2,500 on the set. After I completed the sale, I was told that it wasn't in stock and would come in in 60-90 days. Got furniture delivered finally and it was damaged. They will lie and will take your money and never do what they promise to do. Had to wait two more months and still nothing. Buyer Beware!!!
