The pricing was great and I purchased a mattress. When it came time to deliver they called and said the time window would be from 5-9 pm. At 9:00pm I got a call saying delivery drivers were delayed about 30 minutes, but not the case, they finally showed up at 11:30pm. It was frustrating since it seemed like everything was rushed, my mattress was stuffed up the stairs. I had to direct how to get it up the stairs so it wasn't getting bent every which way. After I read below comments and got me worry and concern.. So I go ahead risk it and see what is going on. I went see saleswoman name Veronica. Oh gosh she is very blunt and honestly and she make my mind peaceful.. Go see her Veronica I promise u will feel better with her..

I needed a new sofa and shopped around town with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted. Due to the pretty terrible reviews of Bel both here and on Google I made this my last stop. Not five minutes after stepping into the store I found exactly what I was hoping for at a better price point than anywhere else I had gone. Very traditional style of furniture. Most of it has a very cheap look to it and a price to match. So if you're looking for a steal it may be found here. Their sales seem to be major discounts over the original price. The store has a show room that is quite large and they also have items listed online.

I purchased a TV Stand about 2 weeks ago and had it delivered today, delivery was prompt, I was a little skeptic but overall satisfied!! I received my confirmation call the day before as the sales person said. I did not get a window time frame but the drivers said they were on their way and arrived shortly after. I'm assuming I didn't get a time because it was early afternoon?? Overall happy no damages to my TV stand. Fits my 60" tv and fits well in my bedroom. Not too bulky. I would definitely recommend this store!!

Came here to buy a few pieces of furniture for the living room of a house we just moved into. The sales experience was pretty good with a lady who was nice, hovered a polite distance away, yet was available to answer questions and provide a measuring tape when needed. Her knowledge of the furniture itself and other misc. questions however was only marginal. After placing my order online, I read the reviews and was really worried about what would happened next. I placed my order on 11/16 in the hopes that my dining table and new sofa would be here before Thanksgiving.
